About Me

I'm a Registered Psychologist licensed to practice in both British Columbia (#04305) and Alberta (#7236), and I'm so glad you're here.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we heal best in relationships.

I see therapy as a collaborative process where we become curious together. We'll explore the patterns that have helped you survive, understand where they came from, and gently build new ways of responding that feel more aligned with the life you want to live.

My approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and collaboration. Therapy can involve difficult conversations, but I also believe there's room for laughter along the way. Humour has a way of helping us feel more human, easing tension, and reminding us that growth doesn't always have to feel heavy. I strive to create a space where you can bring your whole self; messy moments, victories, questions, and everything in between.

You'll usually find me spending time with my Ragdoll cat, Finn, painting, or sitting down at the piano or guitar. Creativity has always been an important part of my life, and I find it offers many of the same things therapy can: curiosity, self-expression, and moments of reflection.
